In case of an emergency, this is the HOA protocol:

1) Call Eugene Berger Management Company at 415.561.0800, then dial 0.

2) Tell them your name, location (28 Marinero or 99 Lyford) and phone number.

3) Tell them the problem –– fire, water leak, sewage leak, electricity outage, building damage, etc.

4) Ask them to contact our On-Call Manager, Avery Patentzger

5) Contact our HOA Board President, Ron Roberts.
